Rebel Wonderland
Last updated: October 28, 2026
1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of World Builder, a digital educational program provided by Rebel Wonderland, registration number 880804-0029, operating under the brand Rebel Wonderland (“Rebel Wonderland”, “we”, or “us”).
World Builder is intended for entrepreneurs and business owners purchasing the program for business or professional purposes (“Client” or “you”).
By purchasing World Builder, you confirm that you are acting for business purposes and are authorized to enter into this agreement.
2. Description of World Builder
World Builder is a self-paced digital program designed to help participants develop a distinctive brand world around their individual perspectives, values, standards, ideas, and ambitions.
The program follows a 30-day framework, with approximately 20 minutes of suggested daily participation.
It consists of four principal areas:
Week 1 — Your Brand Laws: Developing the worldview, principles, standards, and beliefs that define your brand.
Week 2 — Your Culture: Developing brand language, rituals, and elements of belonging.
Week 3 — Your Operations: Establishing principles and structures for operating a business in alignment with its brand world.
Week 4 — Your Customer Experience: Designing customer experiences, interactions, and memorable brand moments.
Days 29–30 focus on bringing these elements together into a complete Brand World Blueprint.
The program guides the Client in developing their own Brand Laws, Culture Blueprint, Brand Operations Blueprint, Customer Experience Blueprint, and final Brand World Blueprint.
3. Program Format
World Builder is delivered through a password-protected page hosted on Squarespace.
The Client receives access to the program materials and works through them independently.
The 30-day structure is a recommended framework. The Client may complete the program at their own pace.
The program does not include individual consulting, personalized feedback, live sessions, implementation services, or custom-created brand materials unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
Clients create and retain their own completed exercises and blueprints. They are not required to submit these materials to Rebel Wonderland.
4. Digital Delivery
Following successful payment, an automated email containing the access link and password is sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Access to the program is available once the Client receives the correct access details.
The Client is responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking relevant inbox folders, including spam or junk folders.
If the access email is not received or the provided credentials do not work, the Client should contact [Contact Email] for assistance.
Rebel Wonderland will take reasonable steps to resolve delivery and access issues without undue delay.
5. Lifetime Access
The purchase includes lifetime access to the purchased World Builder program materials.
For the purposes of these terms, lifetime access means access for as long as Rebel Wonderland continues to operate and maintain World Builder or a substantially equivalent means of accessing the purchased materials.
Lifetime access does not guarantee that Squarespace, a particular website address, or any specific technology provider will remain unchanged indefinitely.
Rebel Wonderland may migrate the program to another platform or update access arrangements while taking reasonable steps to preserve access to the purchased materials.
If the password or access link changes, Rebel Wonderland will provide updated access information to purchasers using their available contact details.
If World Builder is permanently discontinued, Rebel Wonderland will, where reasonably practicable, provide advance notice and an opportunity to access or download available materials, subject to technical and licensing limitations.
Lifetime access does not automatically include future standalone products, new paid programs, personalized services, or separately priced expansions.
Any limitations on lifetime access remain subject to applicable law and the information presented to the Client before purchase.
6. Price and Payment
The price of World Builder is USD $250, excluding applicable VAT or other taxes.
Applicable taxes are calculated according to relevant tax regulations.
Full payment is required at checkout using an accepted payment method.
The automated delivery process is initiated after successful payment.
7. Binding Purchase, Cancellation and Refunds
Purchases made by business customers are binding upon successful payment.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, Rebel Wonderland does not offer a voluntary cancellation period or change-of-mind refund for World Builder.
The Client’s decision not to begin, complete, or use the program does not in itself create a right to a refund.
Nothing in these terms excludes applicable statutory rights or remedies relating to defective digital content, non-delivery, or other circumstances where mandatory law provides protection.
If a purchase is made by a consumer rather than a business customer, applicable consumer protection laws take precedence over conflicting provisions of these terms.
8. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:
Engaging with the educational materials.
Making independent business and creative decisions.
Creating and implementing their own brand world and associated blueprints.
Ensuring that any materials they use do not infringe third-party rights.
Keeping the access link and password confidential.
The Client understands that individual progress depends on participation, existing circumstances, and independent implementation.
9. Access Credentials and Permitted Use
The access link and password are provided for use by the purchasing of World Builder.
The Client may not publicly distribute, publish, resell, or share the access credentials with unauthorized third parties.
Access is intended for one individual user unless a separate arrangement has been agreed in writing.
World Builder uses a shared password-protected page rather than individual customer accounts. Rebel Wonderland therefore does not provide individually managed account access or individual account suspension functionality.
Unauthorized sharing or redistribution of program materials may constitute a breach of these terms and applicable intellectual property law.
10. Educational Nature and Results
World Builder provides educational content, strategic frameworks, and creative exercises.
It does not constitute individualized legal, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice.
Examples, testimonials, and descriptions of possible commercial benefits illustrate experiences or potential outcomes. They do not guarantee that any particular Client will achieve similar results.
Rebel Wonderland does not guarantee specific revenue, profitability, sales, audience growth, customer acquisition, brand recognition, or business opportunities.
The Client remains responsible for decisions and actions taken in connection with their business.
11. Intellectual Property and License
All World Builder educational materials, frameworks, program content, written instructions, and proprietary methods remain the intellectual property of Rebel Wonderland or its applicable licensors.
Upon purchase, the Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for their own internal business development.
The Client may apply the concepts and frameworks to develop their own business and brand.
The Client retains ownership of the original brand assets, business ideas, decisions, and completed blueprints they independently create through the program, subject to Rebel Wonderland’s rights in any underlying proprietary program materials.
The Client may not:
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the program materials.
Share access credentials with unauthorized users.
Reproduce or publicly publish substantial parts of the program.
Repackage the materials as a competing course, template, or commercial training product.
Claim ownership of Rebel Wonderland’s proprietary educational content.
Written permission is required for uses beyond the license granted above.
12. Changes and Technical Availability
Rebel Wonderland may update the program to improve clarity, functionality, accessibility, or educational quality.
Reasonable maintenance, platform updates, and temporary technical interruptions may occur.
Material changes that substantially reduce the purchased service will be handled in accordance with applicable contractual obligations and law.
13. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the separate World Builder Privacy Policy.
The Client should review that policy before purchasing the program.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rebel Wonderland is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages resulting from the Client’s independent business decisions or implementation.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Force Majeure
Neither party is responsible for delays or failures caused by extraordinary circumstances beyond reasonable control that could not reasonably have been prevented or overcome.
The affected party will take reasonable steps to minimize disruption.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.
The parties will first seek to resolve disputes through good-faith communication.
Unresolved disputes will be submitted to a competent Swedish court, subject to any mandatory rules concerning jurisdiction or applicable law.
